Privacy Notice

This notice explains what Oil and Gas Soft Skills Ltd (OGS) collects when you use og-softskills.com, why, and your rights. [To be confirmed by counsel against the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.]

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry or request a document, we collect the details you provide: your name, work email, organisation, role, telephone number where given, and your message.

We keep a small first-party cookie for 90 days when you arrive from a campaign link. It records the campaign source, with no personal data, so we can see which content leads to conversations. Our analytics are cookieless.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, to send a document you requested, and, where you have ticked the box, to send occasional OGS Insights by email. You can stop those emails at any time.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for [24 months] after your last contact with us unless a client relationship exists. Download links expire after 30 days.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or share your details. Our website runs on Cloudflare and our email is sent through a transactional email provider; both process data on our instructions.
